       ICA has a block of rooms reserved for Thursday 5/15 and Friday 5/16
       Room rate (including breakfast buffet) is $85.00 per room (+ 12% tax)
                   Last year for $85/room - going up to $109/night in 2009
       Reserve room early - rooms go fast - limited number of rooms at this price

Registration        FRIDAY, APRIL 18           Due date for Clinic signup and golf fees
Guidelines       Thursday, April 24           Doubletree Inn releases reserved rooms
       Friday, May 9           Dinner count needed, all non-golf fees due

    Shotgun start on Friday based upon having at least 100 sign-up to play Prairie Vista.
    Count as of April 18 to determine if we have to go to tee times off #1 or keep the shotgun start at 9:30

               Try to return registration before your spring break
